  • Manage a portfolio of active customers through the full mortgage journey
  • Be the primary contact on phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Drive smooth onboarding and high satisfaction
  • Push key milestones: documents, approvals, and closing
  • Spot risks, objections, and delays early; resolve proactively
  • Partner with sales, analysts, and operations
  • Keep Monday.com CRM accurate and up to date
  • Use data to improve experience, conversion, and funnel health
  • Handle escalations and high-quality service recovery
  • Upsell and cross-sell where relevant (e.g. refinancing opportunities)
  • Must have: mortgage or banking experience
  • Must have: 2+ years in Customer Success, account management, or sales
  • Must have: strong written and verbal communication; KPI-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Must have: manage multiple customers at once; tech-savvy with CRM tools
  • Must have: strong problem-solving mindset
  • Nice to have: data-driven mindset (funnels, conversion, customer journey)
