Analyze mortgage profiles and build mixes and amortization schedules
Identify savings opportunities and explain options clearly by phone
Work closely with Customer Success on active deals
Own CRM hygiene and documentation in Monday.com
Use internal AI tools to speed up analysis while keeping quality high
Stay current on Bank of Israel rules and market conditions
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and ownership in a performance-driven environment
Excellent communication and comfort working with numbers
Nice to have: mortgages, banking, financial advisory, or Israeli mortgage products
Nice to have: sales or client advisory experience
